Bonnie Bar et Restaurant, Restaurant and roof terrace at SO/Paris hotel in Le Marais, France
Bonnie is a restaurant and rooftop bar occupying the fifteenth and sixteenth floors of the Morland Tower in Le Marais. The dual-level layout allows guests to experience sweeping views of Paris and the Seine while dining or socializing in contemporary surroundings.
The restaurant opened in 2022 as part of Paris Society's conversion of the former Morland administrative building into a modern dining destination. This project revitalized an older structure into a contemporary social and culinary space.
The space reflects a design language rooted in mid-century French aesthetics, visible in the leather furnishings and art installations throughout the rooms. This approach creates a setting where past styling influences everyday dining and social moments.
The venue operates daily from noon to midnight, with lunch and dinner services at distinct times throughout the week. Reservations are advisable, especially during peak hours and on weekends, to ensure a table at this popular rooftop destination.
The artistic direction by Emmanuel d'Orazio, who previously created Le Septième Ciel, brings a distinctive entertainment dimension beyond standard dining. His involvement shapes the experience with thoughtful design choices that extend into the evening programming.
