Established in 1890, this wine cellar represents the Franco-Spanish partnership that brought together French expertise with Spanish grape-growing traditions in La Rioja.
Local wine experts guide visitors through structured tastings, explaining the regional classifications, traditional aging methods, and characteristics of Rioja wines.
The facility welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 and Saturdays from 10:30 to 15:00, with advance reservations recommended.
The cellar maintains precise temperature and humidity controls through its original 19th-century architectural design, using natural ventilation and thick stone walls.
