Marina de Formentera

Marina de Formentera is a harbor facility with 93 berths for boats ranging from 6 to 35 meters in the western section of La Savina port. The facility includes fuel stations, maintenance services, and repair options for vessels of various sizes.

The natural bay was used by Phoenician traders who valued its protection against Mediterranean storms. This long trading tradition established the harbor as an important anchorage for merchants and travelers.

The marina integrates with the Ses Salines Natural Park, combining maritime services with environmental protection of local flora and fauna species.

The facility is open for vessels Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:30 and provides round-the-clock security monitoring. Weekend visits should expect limited services, though emergency support remains available at all times.

The harbor serves as the sole maritime entry point to Formentera island, linking visitors directly to Mediterranean beaches and protected nature reserves. This unique role makes it the gateway to the southernmost Balearic islands.
