Haad Nam Tok, Sand beach in Koh Pha-Ngan, Thailand
The beach offers a long stretch of fine white sand along the west coast of Koh Pha-Ngan, with clear water perfect for swimming.
During the 1880s, King Rama V of Thailand visited the beach multiple times and named two adjacent waterfalls in commemoration of his royal visits.
Local fishing boats line the shore each morning as fishermen bring their fresh catch directly to the beachfront restaurants, maintaining traditional fishing methods.
The beach is accessible via a 15-minute drive from Thong Sala pier, with motorcycle rentals and taxi services readily available for transportation.
The beach features a natural sand bridge that emerges during low tide between March and May, connecting the mainland to Koh Ma island.
