Playa Micaela

Playa Micaela is a 500-meter sandy beach located between Puerto Deportivo and Playa de Montijo along the Costa de la Luz. The shoreline is bordered by a low cliff face that forms its natural boundary.

The beach gained a wartime fortification during the Spanish Civil War when a military bunker was constructed in the 1940s. Prisoners built this structure under German military supervision, leaving a physical reminder of that era.
