The Nautical Base of Roucas Blanc incorporates a 7,000-square-meter building complex with extensive outdoor spaces along the Mediterranean coastline of Marseille.
Originally established in the late 1970s alongside the Prado seaside park, this nautical facility has evolved into a premier maritime sports destination.
The facility promotes maritime education through specialized programs, connecting new generations with water sports and Mediterranean sailing traditions.
The center provides equipment rentals, professional instruction, and multiple water access points for activities including sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing throughout the year.
Selected as the official sailing venue for the 2024 Olympic Games, the base will accommodate 600 racing boats and 5,000 spectators during the competition.
