The Raghadan Flagpole rises to a height of 416 feet (126.8 meters) within the royal compound of Al-Maquar near Raghadan Palace in Amman.
King Abdullah II officially inaugurated the flagpole on June 10, 2003, when it was recognized as the tallest unsupported flagpole by Guinness World Records.
The structure flies Jordan's national flag measuring 200 feet by 100 feet (60 meters by 30 meters), serving as a symbol of national pride and sovereignty.
The flagpole is located at Moussa Kadhem Al Husseini 27 in Amman and is visible daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM with nighttime illumination.
Constructed by Trident Support Flagpoles from Dubai, the steel structure was designed to withstand earthquakes and harsh weather conditions affecting the region.
