The bar serves pierrade, a traditional cooking method where guests prepare their food on heated stones placed directly at their dining tables.
Florida 165 Rooftop Bar operates Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to midnight, Friday and Saturday until 2 AM, and Sundays from 5 PM to midnight.
From its 87-meter-high vantage point, guests observe the Diagonal Norte avenue and numerous architectural details of surrounding historical buildings.
