ReeCha
ReeCha is an amusement park in Pachchilapalli, Sri Lanka, that combines a rides area with a large organic farm, gardens, and a resort. The grounds include a children's play area, restaurants, a textile shop, and open spaces where fruits, vegetables, and herbs are grown.
ReeCha was established as the first organic farm park in Sri Lanka, created near Negombo with the aim of combining organic farming with leisure activities. Over time, the grounds expanded into a large complex that brings together education, entertainment, and accommodation.
ReeCha has a section called Mini World Wonder, where small replicas of famous structures from around the world are displayed. Visitors can walk through this collection while also moving between the farm and garden areas.
The grounds are large, so using the rental bicycles or golf carts available on site makes it easier to get around. Arriving early gives visitors more time to explore both the rides and the farm areas before crowds build up.
ReeCha reportedly keeps more than 90 percent of its land as natural green space, which means paths run through fields and gardens rather than paved areas. Visitors who come for the rides often end up spending just as much time wandering through the farm.
