Pioneer Hall

Pioneer Hall is a five-story student residence at 615 Fulton Street Southeast designed to accommodate 756 students. The building offers different room types ranging from single occupancy to triple rooms to suit various housing needs.

The building was constructed in 1997 as a major residence facility on campus. Major renovations in 2019 updated the living spaces and food service areas to meet contemporary needs.

The residence contains specialized living communities that bring together students who share educational interests and backgrounds. These groups create daily interactions and strengthen connections among people living toward common goals.

The building offers air-conditioned spaces, a round-the-clock information desk, laundry facilities, and study areas. Technology labs are available to residents to support their academic work and projects.

The residence allows students to share rooms regardless of gender identity or expression. This approach creates housing arrangements that feel welcoming and accepting to all residents.
