The Chadwick is a three-story residential building located on North Pennsylvania Street in downtown Indianapolis. Its facade features buff brick construction with limestone accents and Tuscan columns that frame the main entrance.
The building was constructed in 1925 as part of downtown Indianapolis residential development. It appeared on the National Register of Historic Places from 1983 until a major fire in January 2011 caused extensive damage that led to its removal from the registry.
The building represented a significant example of residential architecture within the Apartments and Flats of Downtown Indianapolis collection.
