Turnberry Associates created this residential development in 2021, building on their 50-year history of premium properties throughout South Florida. The company brought extensive experience in luxury real estate to this beachfront location.
The building was designed by architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe, who combined modern forms with open living spaces. Interior designer Jan Clausen and Steven G. created refined finishes throughout each residence.
The residences range from three to six bedrooms, each offering different sizes to suit various needs. Ceiling heights span 3 to 3.6 meters (10 to 12 feet) throughout the units.
