Mississippi arts and entertainment experience

Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience is an art museum in Meridian spread across 50,000 square feet on two levels. The building houses fifteen permanent galleries, rotating exhibition spaces, a recording studio, ceramics workshop, and painting studios.

The museum opened in 2018 during Mississippi's 200th anniversary celebration. It marks the establishment of a major cultural institution dedicated to preserving and showcasing artistic accomplishments across multiple creative fields.

The museum displays artwork by local and regional artists who capture the everyday life and identity of Mississippi communities. Visitors can see how art reflects the people, traditions, and stories that shape this place.
