The Riley Center spans four floors within a late Victorian structure, featuring ornate painted borders and a mansard roof in downtown Meridian.
Built in 1890 by Israel Marks and Levi Rothenberg, the Grand Opera House opened with Johann Strauss's operetta performed by a New York German-language company.
The theater presents concerts, educational programs, and theatrical productions in its 950-seat main auditorium and 200-seat studio space throughout the year.
The box office operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering tickets for performances and providing information about upcoming events.
The center contains 30,000 square feet of meeting space, combining Victorian architecture with modern conference facilities under Mississippi State University management.
