Ubora Towers, Office tower in Business Bay, United Arab Emirates
Ubora Towers is a pair of office buildings in Business Bay designed for commercial and business use. The taller structure rises 263 meters with 58 floors, supported by a four-story base covering 17,000 square meters that connects different parts of the complex.
Construction began in 2006 under Bando Engineering Construction supervision and finished in 2011. This completion marked a significant phase in the development of Business Bay during Dubai's rapid expansion period.
Prayer rooms and gathering spaces within the five-story atrium reflect how the building accommodates local customs and daily business practices. These areas show how contemporary architecture responds to the needs of those who work there.
The complex features 26 elevators and direct access to public transportation stops. Visitors can navigate the site easily and find convenient connections for arriving and departing.
A glass restaurant pavilion at the corner features water elements and terraced gardens spread across multiple levels. This design creates an unusual place to spend time within the urban setting.
