Iris Bay, Commercial skyscraper in Business Bay, Dubai
The oval-shaped Iris Bay building stands 170 meters tall with 36 floors, featuring two identical double curved pixelated shells rotated over the podium structure.
Construction of Iris Bay began in 2006 under Sheth Estate International Limited and reached completion in 2015, following a temporary pause in development during 2011.
The building incorporates high-tech architectural elements through its modern design, demonstrated by seven zones of rotated glass on the front elevation.
The tower contains 387,000 square feet of office and retail space, with 920 parking spaces distributed across three basement levels and podium levels.
The rear elevation displays a continuous vertical curve interrupted by balconies, while the front section provides views toward Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Canal.
