The Muraba Veil is a luxury residential tower with 73 floors rising above Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, containing 131 apartments spread across its height. The building features units that span its full width and offers resident amenities including a spa, restaurant, gallery, and private cinema.
The building was designed by RCR Arquitectes, an architecture firm that won the 2017 Pritzker Prize, a major award in the field. This project represented the fifth collaboration between the firm and developer Muraba.
Each residence spans the full building width and combines contemporary design with traditional Arabian principles like central courtyards. This blend creates homes that feel both modern and rooted in the region's architectural language.
The building is a private residential property with amenities available to residents, with starting prices around 18 million dirham. Access is generally limited to residents and their guests since this is a private development.
The exterior is clad in specialized stainless steel mesh that shifts throughout the day by reflecting different colors of the sky. This reflective quality creates a visual play where the facade does not appear fixed but reacts with its surroundings.
