Prime Tower, Hochhaus in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten
Prime Tower is a modern office high-rise in Business Bay, Dubai, completed in 2013 with 36 floors. The building offers various office spaces, two retail floors, a health club, cafeteria, outdoor swimming pool, six basement parking levels, and high-speed elevators.
Construction began in 2007 and was led by architect firm Woods Bagot under developer Al Massaleh Group. The tower was completed in 2013 and has since become an important part of Dubai's Business Bay district and skyline.
Prime Tower stands in Business Bay, a bustling commercial zone that reflects Dubai's modern identity as a business hub. The building embodies how the city has transformed into a center where international companies and professionals gather daily.
The building sits near Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road with easy access to public transport like buses and the Dubai Metro. Each office space includes at least one parking spot, and high-speed elevators move people quickly between floors.
The building glows at night with an innovative LED lighting system using white, turquoise, and blue colors in random patterns that resemble star constellations. This lighting design won an award in 2015 for its originality and creates the impression that the building extends into the sky.
