Executive Towers

Executive Towers is a complex of twelve high-rise buildings in Business Bay, made up of ten residential towers, one commercial tower, and one hotel building. A three-story podium base connects all structures and houses the Bay Avenue shopping center within it.

Construction started in 2005 under Dubai Properties management, with the first buildings completed by 2010, making them among the earliest finished projects in Business Bay. This milestone helped establish the area as a new business district.

The complex has become a gathering point where residents, workers, and shoppers move through shared spaces, blending home and workplace in one location. This mixed-use layout reflects how contemporary cities integrate different activities to serve people's daily needs in a compact setting.

The complex sits centrally in Business Bay with multiple entry points from different directions for easy access. The area connects well to public transport and offers plenty of parking space on-site.

Tower M rises to 210 meters with 52 floors, standing noticeably taller than its neighbors in the cluster. The Courtyard level contains green plazas and landscaped fountain yards where visitors can pause and rest.
