Executive Towers, Residential and commercial towers in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Executive Towers is a complex of twelve high-rise buildings in Business Bay, Dubai, made up of ten residential towers, one office tower, and one hotel building. A three-story podium links all the towers at ground level and contains the Bay Avenue shopping center.
Work on the site began in 2005 under Dubai Properties, and the first towers were ready by 2010, placing the complex among the earliest completed projects in what was then a developing district. Its completion helped define Business Bay as a dedicated business and residential zone.
The Bay Avenue shopping center at the base of the complex serves people who live and work in the towers above. The shared courtyards between the buildings are used as walking routes and meeting spots throughout the day.
The complex is easy to reach from several directions in Business Bay, and it connects well to public transport in the area. Parking is available on-site, and walking through the podium level is a straightforward way to move between the towers.
Tower M stands at 52 floors, noticeably taller than the other eleven towers in the group. The courtyard level between the towers has planted squares with fountains that offer a shaded outdoor area within the complex.
