Al Hekma Tower

Al Hekma Tower is a 282-meter-tall skyscraper with a glass and metal facade standing on Sheikh Zayed Road. The building contains 64 floors above ground plus 2 basement levels designed for offices and commercial spaces.

The tower began its development in 2006 under Pearl Properties but work stopped multiple times between 2009 and 2012. The building was finally completed in 2016 after a long construction period.

The name Al Hekma comes from an Arabic word meaning wisdom, reflecting regional values about learning and thought. You can sense this intellectual focus throughout the building's professional spaces and business community.

The tower sits in Dubai's main business district along Sheikh Zayed Road and has convenient road access. The surrounding area offers good parking options and connections to public transport routes.

Early plans included a 50-meter photograph of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan at the tower's top. This ambitious architectural idea was eventually abandoned but remains a curious detail from the project's early stages.
