Millennium Tower

Millennium Tower is a residential building with 60 floors on Sheikh Zayed Road housing 407 apartments of different sizes. The building includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, and squash courts for residents to use.

Construction began in 2003 under the design of WS Atkins & Partners and the building was finished in 2005. Its official opening took place in 2006.

The tower shapes Business Bay's skyline and shows how Dubai created homes for different lifestyles during rapid urban growth. Visitors can see the architecture of a city that transformed itself quickly.

The building has 21 high-speed elevators and parking across multiple levels for around 470 vehicles. The location on Sheikh Zayed Road offers good connections, making the area easy to explore on foot.
