Edificio Amanecer

Edificio Amanecer is an office building in downtown Concepción with 22 floors and modern workspace throughout. The structure houses multiple businesses and shared facilities that serve the working community inside.

The building rose in the late 1970s when Concepción was expanding its skyline with taller structures. Original plans included additional floors, but financial limitations led to changes in the final design.

The building represents a period of architectural development in Concepción during the 1970s when vertical growth transformed the urban landscape.

The building sits in the downtown area and is easily accessible from main streets. Visitors will find cafeteria facilities and various services available throughout the structure.

From 1978 to 2007, this was the tallest building in the Biobío Region of Chile. The structure held this distinction for nearly three decades before taller developments changed the skyline.
