Palacio Vásquez

This neoclassical palace sits at the intersection of Los Plátanos and Avenida Macul, displaying three stories with red ornamental details on white facades. The municipality uses it today as an administrative center containing office spaces and council chambers.

The palace was built in 1931 by Fermín Vásquez Menéndez and received protected monument status in 2009. This recognition reflects its importance as a significant early 20th-century local structure.

The building displays architectural influences from Spanish design, visible in the baroque entrance portico and colonial-style balcony on the second floor.
