Palacio Concha

The building was constructed in 1920 following a property division that allowed for new development on the site. Its creation marked the start of a new chapter for the land, which had previously hosted an earlier palace structure.

The residence was home to the influential Concha Cazotte family, who were prominent collectors and patrons in the city's upper circles. This ownership gave the place significance as a social hub for Santiago's elite during its most active period.

The building is located near Avenida Brasil and the República metro station, making it easily reachable by public transportation. It now operates as an event venue, so visiting opportunities depend on scheduled functions taking place.
