Iglesia de Santa Rosa de Lima, Freirina

The Iglesia de Santa Rosa de Lima is a neoclassical church featuring three naves, six arches, and seven Doric columns arranged symmetrically. The main facade displays three large porticos with a bell tower positioned above, creating a formal and balanced appearance.

Construction began in 1869, bringing together contributions from local residents and state funding under architect Santiago Meneses. The project represented a combined effort to establish a lasting religious structure for the growing community.
