Casa Suárez is a neo-baroque family house on the 42nd block of Avenida Arequipa (formerly Leguía), in Miraflores. It covers more than 1,300 m² and has 35 rooms, among them an entrance hall, two main salons, a dining room, a central patio and a chapel with an image of the Lord of Miracles. Its façade was inspired by the Government Palace of Peru.

Gay Suárez del Castillo, a doctor and congressman under Manuel Prado, hired Polish architect Ricardo de Jaxa Malachowski in 1932; the house was built around 1939 and hosted political figures of the era. Suárez lived there until his death on 4 January 1968. In July 2016 the Miraflores municipality restored it for S/.400,000 under Ministry of Culture supervision, and it had been declared Cultural Heritage of the Nation in May 2007.

The house is named after Gay Suárez del Castillo, a doctor and congressman under Manuel Prado who hired the architect in 1932 and lived here until his death on 4 January 1968. Its chapel holds an image of the Lord of Miracles, the Lima devotion whose procession fills the streets each October.

Casa Suárez stands at Arequipa Avenue 42 (formerly Leguía Avenue) in Miraflores, a few blocks from the district's central park. The 2016 restoration by the Miraflores municipality, budgeted at S/.400,000 and supervised by the Ministry of Culture, was carried out under a conservation programme for historic properties. The building is a private family home, so visits depend on arrangements made with its owners.

The private chapel holds an image of the Lord of Miracles (Señor de los Milagros), the devotion centred on a 17th-century Lima mural venerated in October processions. The house also has 35 rooms, including two main salons, a dining room and a central patio, on a plot of over 1,300 m².
