Estadio Alejandro Serrano Aguilar is a football stadium in the highland city of Cuenca with a natural grass pitch and seating for approximately 16,500 spectators. The facility is designed for professional matches of Ecuador's top football division.

The stadium opened in 1945 and became a central venue for football competitions in Ecuador's highland region. Since its founding, it has played an important role in the local sports history.

The stadium is home to Deportivo Cuenca of Serie A and Cuenca Juniors of Serie B. Its name honours Alejandro Serrano Aguilar, mayor of Cuenca and then president of Deportivo Cuenca. Besides football it hosts concerts, sharing that role with the Coliseo Mayor Jefferson Pérez and the Plaza de Toros Santa Ana.

The stadium sits at an elevation of about 8,200 feet (2,500 meters) in the Andes, so visitors should allow time to adjust to the altitude. Regular matches take place during the football season, and arriving early helps secure better vantage points.

The stadium's name honours Alejandro Serrano Aguilar, the mayor of Cuenca and then-president of Club Deportivo Cuenca when the ground was rebuilt and reopened on 23 May 1971. It had opened in 1945 as the Municipal "El Ejido", built under Honorato Carvallo, president of the Azuay sports federation. The current sponsor name adds Banco del Austro.
