IMPA, Industrial complex in Almagro, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
IMPA is a worker-managed aluminum manufacturing facility in Almagro that produces containers, trays, and other aluminum goods. The large complex houses casting, rolling, extrusion, and printing operations within its industrial buildings.
The factory was founded in 1928 and nationalized in 1945, before becoming a workers' cooperative in 1961. In 1998, employees saved the company from bankruptcy through occupation and worker control.

The site is located at Querandíes 4290 and welcomes visitors interested in exploring the production areas and cultural spaces. It is best to check ahead which sections are available for viewing, as some areas remain active production zones.
The site houses Barricada TV, a community television channel run by workers themselves. Additionally, the factory offers educational programs including high school classes and teacher training in multiple academic subjects.
