Construction of the tower began in March 2008 with a building permit and reached completion in 2011, requiring an investment of 34 million dollars.
The architectural design by MSGSSS Studio represents the evolution of Buenos Aires commercial architecture in the early 21st century.
The building contains 44 office units ranging from 230 to 990 square meters, with an auditorium, garden-view bar, and sports facilities.
Located near major transportation routes, the tower handles proximity to over 500,000 vehicles daily while maintaining direct access to essential business districts.
