The Estadio Bicentenario features a capacity of 18,500 seats and a regulation-size playing field measuring 105 meters by 70 meters.
The stadium opened in 2010 with an investment of 36 million pesos and hosted its first official match in July 2011 between Villa Cubas and Atletico Policial.
The venue serves as the primary location for regional football clubs and national tournaments, connecting sports enthusiasts throughout the Catamarca province.
Located within the Predio Ferial Catamarca complex in the northern section of the city, the stadium provides individual seating and modern concession facilities.
Following structural repairs in 2020, the stadium reopened in 2021 and now hosts major Argentine football competitions, including Copa Argentina matches.
