Casa de Gobierno de Misiones is the seat of provincial government in Posadas and features two interior courtyards with gardens and galleries. Corinthian columns line the structure throughout, defining its classical architectural character.

In 1882 Governor Rudecindo Roca bought the Eladio Guesalaga property, where a sugar mill operated, to house the provincial government. Italian engineer Giovanni Cola carried out the remodelling between 1882 and 1883, and the single-storey building opened on 7 April 1883. It was listed as Cultural Heritage and Provincial Historic Monument in 1969, and President Néstor Kirchner's 2005 decree made it a National Historic Monument.

Locals call it La Rosadita, "the little pink one", for the colour of its walls. The building has housed the executive branch of Misiones since 1883, when the remodelled single-storey house was handed over; the governor's office still works here.

The building stands in Posadas, the provincial capital; the sources do not specify its street address, so confirm the entrance before setting out. It remains the working seat of the provincial executive, so interior access depends on official activity rather than fixed visiting hours.
