Estadio General Pablo Rojas is a football stadium in the Barrio Obrero of Asunción, home to Cerro Porteño. Its playing field was lowered during the 2015–2017 renovation, creating Paraguay's first field-level private boxes. The stadium seats about 45,000 and remains asymmetric, with a 5,000-seat upper tier on the north stand and smaller upper tiers above the east and south stands.

The stadium opened in 1970, following a proposal announced in 1959 by the club president whose name it bears. Construction remained unfinished for decades until the final sections were completed in 2009.

The stadium serves as home to Cerro Porteño, one of Paraguay's most passionate football clubs, and draws large crowds of supporters who fill the stands with energy during matches.

Visitors should expect crowded conditions during major matches, especially when rival teams play. Arriving early and choosing covered seating areas helps ensure comfort and a better view of the field.

The south-eastern stand stayed unfinished for 38 years because a house on the site blocked construction; its owners refused to sell despite repeated offers. The club finally bought the land under president Luis Alberto Pettengill, and the Platea Ing. Juan H. Pettengill, seating 910 with a 10-seat box for visiting directors, opened on 15 December 2009.
