Mostardas Lighthouse

The Mostardas Lighthouse is a white cylindrical structure along the coast of Rio Grande do Sul that guides ships across the South Atlantic. The tower rises 38 meters high and emits light signals to assist vessels in navigation.

Brazilian authorities established this navigation beacon in 1940 to improve safety for ships traveling along the Rio Grande do Sul coast. Its construction marked a turning point in maritime infrastructure development for the region.
