Rajawali Place is a 31-story office building in Jakarta featuring contemporary architecture with six basement levels below ground. The structure contains approximately 57,721 square meters of usable commercial space throughout its height.
Construction started in 2016 and finished in 2019 following the relocation of the Four Seasons Jakarta to another location. The project represents a significant redevelopment of the Setiabudi business district.
The building brings together Indonesian business practices and international standards, offering a dedicated prayer room and specialized dining areas for different dietary needs.
The building offers 922 parking spaces and uses a smart elevator system to improve vertical movement throughout. Visitors can easily access different levels through the modern transportation infrastructure.
The building earned BCA Greenmark Platinum certification through rooftop solar panels and elevators that recover energy. These features make it one of the city's most sustainable structures.
