Simpang Lima Gumul is a 25-meter-tall structure at a five-road intersection in Ngasem, East Java, decorated with carved reliefs and equipped with three stone staircases. The building contains meeting rooms, an auditorium topped by a domed roof, and underground passages that connect visitors to different sections of the monument.
Construction began in 2003 and finished in 2008 as part of the expansion of Kediri's business center. The height and number of floors reference March 25, 804, the founding date of Kediri Regency.
