Outrigger Pandanas

The Outrigger Pandanas is a 91 meter tall building with 29 floors in Darwin's central business district, combining residential units with commercial spaces. The structure includes approximately 4,000 square meters of office space spread across six levels, alongside residential areas in the upper portion of the building.

Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2007, with office suites finished through 2009 to accommodate growing business needs. These staggered completion phases reflect Darwin's gradual development as a commercial center during that decade.
