St John's Church, Adelaide

St John's Church is an Anglican church building on Halifax Street in Adelaide featuring sandstone walls and a distinctive tower. Built in its current form in 1887, it houses an organ used for regular worship services and musical performances.

The foundation stone was laid in 1839 under Governor Gawler, and the first church was completed in 1841. The current building replaced the original structure in 1887.
