Vision Apartments is a residential tower in Melbourne rising 229 meters with 72 floors of apartments. The building sits at 500 Elizabeth Street and features modern amenities throughout its living spaces.
Brady Group acquired the 150-year-old hotel site in 2008 and launched the apartment project in 2011. This development transformed a heritage building location into modern residential space.
The development reflects Melbourne's shift toward vertical living solutions, adding to the central business district's transformation into a residential hub.
The tower is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. Its position near Queen Victoria Market and retail areas makes it convenient for visitors exploring the district.
The original design included three basement levels but was modified to just one during construction. This change allowed for more cost-efficient development while reducing the scope of underground excavation.
