The construction of this residential complex, designed by architect Harry Seidler, was completed in 1998 after two years of development by Grollo Constructions.
The building earned recognition through the 1999 Wilkinson Award from the New South Wales Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects for excellence in residential design.
The structure contains 260 apartments across 32,000 square meters of floor space, with larger units positioned in the top quarter offering eastern balconies.
The architectural design allows residents to view multiple Sydney landmarks, including direct sightlines to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from specific vantage points.
