Designed by architect Harry Seidler, the building was completed in 1998 following a two-year construction period by Grollo Constructions. The development marked a significant addition to Sydney's residential skyline during the 1990s.
The building earned recognition through the 1999 Wilkinson Award from the New South Wales Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects for excellence in residential design.
