The six-story Westpac Bank Building at 33 Queen Street features Helidon freestone walls, Uralla granite base, and giant Ionic columns on its exterior.
The Bank of New South Wales operated at this location since 1851, with the current structure completed in 1930 by F J Corbett & Sons at a cost of £124,000.
The banking chamber maintains its original design with square columns topped by gilded Corinthian capitals extending from ground level through the mezzanine.
The building changed ownership in 2013 when Abacus Property Group purchased it for 34 million dollars, marking the end of its banking operations.
The rooftop courtyard incorporates cast iron Ionic columns salvaged from the 1866 bank building that previously stood at this location.
