The Brisbane Administration Centre is a tall office building located at 69 Ann Street in the city's central business district. It houses multiple floors of office space alongside public facilities accessible to visitors.

The building was completed in 1975 to house administrative operations when City Hall could no longer accommodate all functions. Following the relocation of council operations in 2006, the structure underwent significant renovations.

The building was renamed Northbank Plaza after a $30 million upgrade in 2007–08, not the other way round. The name change marked the end of its role as the Brisbane City Council's administrative headquarters, which had moved to Brisbane Square in 2006.

The site is easily accessible by public transport and provides parking options for visitors. The public library located below ground level offers a comfortable place to spend time indoors.

The building's lower-level shopping plaza struggled for years because of its awkward layout and dark interior before shops moved to street level in the early 1990s. Their former space was taken over by a public library, and an underground public car park sits beneath the building.
