The Law Courts Complex stood on George and Adelaide Streets in Brisbane, on the site of the original Supreme Court gutted by arson in 1968. Its first stage, at the western end, opened in the early 1980s and held the Supreme Court; the larger second stage followed, later occupied by the District Court. The complex was decommissioned in August 2012 and demolished by January 2015.

The complex was built on the site of the original Supreme Court building, largely destroyed by arson on 1 September 1968. The remains were demolished in October 1976 and construction of the first stage began at the western end of the site, holding only the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court moved to the larger second stage in the early 1980s, and the District Court took over the first stage. The courts left for the Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law in August 2012, and the complex was decommissioned; demolition was completed by January 2015.
