The Holy Transfiguration of Our Lord Chapel is a Russian Orthodox church near Ninilchik, Alaska, built in 1901. The roughly cruxiform building measures about 20 by 50 feet (6.1 by 15.2 metres) and was mainly designed by Alexi Andreev Oskolkoff, who came from Sitka to supervise construction. It belongs to the Diocese of Alaska of the Orthodox Church in America.

The chapel was built in 1901 under architect Alexi Andreev Oskolkoff's direction and replaced an earlier building that had served the community since the settlement's founding. This reconstruction took place when Russian cultural influence remained strong in the region.

The chapel belongs to the Diocese of Alaska of the Orthodox Church in America, which continues the Russian Orthodox mission begun when Ninilchik was founded in 1846.
