The National Register of Historic Places listed Villa Bonita in 1986, recognizing its role in housing entertainment industry professionals since the 1930s.
Located north of Franklin Avenue near Hollywood Boulevard intersection, the building maintains its vintage elevator and metal mailboxes for current residents.
Francis Ford Coppola and Errol Flynn resided in this structure, which Cecil B. DeMille designated for his production team members.
