Halifax Apartments is a 1923 apartment building on Yucca Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles, designed by Walker and Eisen. It was originally called Cross Arms Apartments, after owner Leach Cross. A 1997 rehabilitation by ONE Company and the Thai Community Development Center turned 72 single units into 46 affordable family units.

The building was constructed during a period of rapid growth and urban expansion in Los Angeles. Its listing on the National Register of Historic Places recognizes its role in the city's residential development history.
