The Goldschmidt House, also called Casa Tres Vistas, stands at 243 Avenida La Cuesta in San Clemente. Architect Paul R. Williams designed it in 1928 in the second, or Mediterranean, phase of Spanish Colonial Revival style, and a two-room extension was added in 1961.

The house was designed by architect Paul R. Williams in 1928 as part of the era's building practices. It gained official recognition when added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The house is also called Casa Tres Vistas, a Spanish name recalling the views from its site on Avenida La Cuesta. The Goldschmidts had owned the former Rancho Boca de la Playa, the land Ole Hanson later developed as San Clemente, and they bought back the parcel where the house stands.

The house is a private residence at 243 Avenida La Cuesta in San Clemente, so there is no interior access and no visiting hours; the address is reached by car from the Avenida La Cuesta street. The 1961 two-room extension sits alongside the 1928 original, so the building's footprint can be compared from the street.
