Harrah's Resort Southern California is a casino and hotel complex owned by the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians and operated by Caesars Entertainment. Its casino floor holds 1,600 slot machines and 51 tables, including eight poker tables, with interiors and lighting by Las Vegas firm Steelman Partners. Three hotel towers—Dive Inn, Resort Tower South and Resort Tower North—hold 1,065 rooms, alongside a spa and the nearby Woods Valley Golf Club.

The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians owns the casino, which Caesars Entertainment operates. Construction of a $160-million expansion began on November 1, 2012, adding a 403-room tower and a 23,000-square-foot convention center. The project finished on April 18, 2014, when the property took the name Harrah's Resort Southern California.

The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians renamed the land around the resort Funner on August 1, 2016, and unveiled the change publicly on May 5, 2017. Tribal Council and resort management adopted "Fun" as the guiding principle for how the business is run. The band owns the resort, which Caesars Entertainment operates.

The resort sits near Valley Center, just off Interstate 15, north of San Diego. The casino floor holds 1,600 slot machines and 51 tables, including eight poker tables. The hotel has three towers: Dive Inn, Resort Tower South and Resort Tower North, with 662 rooms in the first two and 403 in the North Tower. A spa is on site and Woods Valley Golf Club is nearby.

The Rincon Band renamed its land Funner on August 1, 2016, with the public unveiling on May 5, 2017, and resort management adopted "Fun" as its operating guide. The name is a play on the band's Rincon reservation near Valley Center.
