Quinta Gameros, Art Nouveau mansion in Chihuahua City, Mexico
The four-level mansion features ornate stone facades, decorative columns, and an elongated dome topped with a detailed architectural spire.
Manuel Gameros commissioned the residence in 1907, but the family fled to El Paso in 1913 during the Mexican Revolution, leaving it to revolutionary figures.
The mansion exhibits European influences through its oil paintings, wooden reliefs, and architectural elements created by artists from Mexico City.
The Centro Cultural Universitario Quinta Gameros offers guided tours in Spanish, presenting the architectural and historical elements of the building.
The upper floor contains the Golden Room for temporary exhibitions and a dedicated space showcasing artifacts from the Paquimé archaeological area.
