Torres Atrio, Office complex in Bogotá, Colombia
Torres Atrio is an office complex in Bogotá comprising two connected towers that rise 268 meters with 62 floors and five basement levels. The buildings share a central atrium that allows natural light to filter through the interior spaces.
Construction began in 2015 and finished in 2019, replacing the former Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada Convention Center that previously occupied the site. This development transformed the location from a public event venue into a modern office complex.
The towers contain dedicated spaces for community activities, exhibitions, and social gatherings, enhancing the cultural engagement of the neighborhood.
The complex features 73 elevators distributed across both towers, allowing smooth vertical movement through the buildings. Visitors and occupants can easily access different levels and sections throughout the complex.
The structure earned LEED Gold certification in 2021 for its sustainable design featuring advanced energy conservation and resource management systems. This environmental achievement reflects a commitment to responsible building practices in the city.
