La Victoria Park is an urban park in Cúcuta situated between 12th and 13th streets and 2nd and 3rd avenues, featuring walking paths, gardens, and a central monument. The green space includes several sections with landscaped areas, seating spots, and functional irrigation systems to maintain the vegetation.

The park's trees were planted in 1899 by Commander A.R. Díaz of Battalion Bombona No. 15 following municipal approval that year. The central monument was later created by local artist Olinto Marcucci to commemorate independence-related historical moments.

The park features a restored bandstand that hosts local cultural events and community performances throughout the year. This venue reflects how residents gather here to celebrate music and arts together.

Recent renovations added LED lighting and accessibility features such as visual guidance paths for visitors with disabilities, making the space easier to navigate. The park has multiple walking areas and rest spots where you can enjoy the green space without barriers.

The central Victory Monument was created by local artist Olinto Marcucci and features plaques honoring liberation heroes from regional history. This artwork shows how local artistic talent has been devoted to preserving memories that matter to the community.
